You can stay as much as you’d like. It is your home. As long as the home is not booked for the nights you would like to stay, you are welcome to stay. You will receive access to your calendar and you can book nights for yourself.

We take care of everything. As part of key planning, we go over your home’s inventory and determine what is needed to welcome guests to your home. We will make a list, discuss the budget with you, and purchase the items needed. We take professional pictures and list your home.

Our cleaning team takes care of all cleanings and inventory management. The cleaning is paid for by the guests and there is no extra charge to you. Twice a year or more often if needed we do general deep cleaning to get your home ready for the season.

We have a list of essentials each home needs to have for the comfort of the guests. Generally, you need at least three sets of bed sheets for each bed and about four sets of towels for each double occupancy bed.

In order to become a superhost, you must meet some criteria: maintain a 90% response rate, have at least 80% 5-star reviews, have no cancellations, and host a minimum of 10 days in a year.
